It’s Duck Season and
We're in the News!

Hunt down the article about The Ducky Dash in MidWeek's East Oahu Voice paper on 08/03/16!

It's not too late for you to get involved. As you stop by Hawaii Kai Towne Center this August and September, you may see tables
adorned with rubber ducks, and friendly faces asking you to adopt a duck. This is all part of Hawaii Kai Rotary Club's annual
fundraising event: The Ducky Dash!

This year’s Ducky Dash will be held at the Hawaii Kai Towne Center's waterfront stage on September 24. Festivities commence
at 11am. There will be live entertainment, games and lots of fun things to do. The duck race will begin at 1pm. Make sure you adopt
your duck so you have a chance to win one of the great prices we have. This year’s Ducky Dash is especially exciting because the
Rotary Club of Hawaii Kai will be co-sponsoring the event with the Rotary Club of Kaneohe. In conjunction with us, the Hawaii Kai
Jr. Chamber and Kaiser Interact club will also help organize family fun activities. But community support is still the main ingredient
to make this event a success! Adopt a duck and join the fun.

We meet at 6pm at the Kilohana Methodist Church in Nui Valley. Follow the signs to find us. Come join us and listen to one of the
many great speakers this month.
